Q. Where do you get questions for your question bank?

A. We have a large and growing network of SMEs (subject matter experts) who help us develop and maintain our question bank. All questions go through rigorous review process before they are included in our question bank, which ensures their high quality.

Q. Can I do a trial before signing up?

A. You can take a demo test by going through a simple registration process. That will help you understand how our Assessment platform works.


Assessment Subscription and Pricing

Q. What pricing options do your offer?

A. You will pay a maximum of $3.99 for any test. You can reduce your per test cost by buying in bulk. Essentially, the more you buy the more you save

Q. Why do you offer different packages and how are they different?

A. Our packages are designed to help you save more when you buy more. You can buy as few as one credit and as many as 10000.

Because the credits never expire you can buy large quantities in one transaction and benefit from the lower pricing.

Q. Do you offer additional discounts?

A. If you want to buy significant number of credits in one transaction, you could qualify for additional discounts. Please email or call us at +91-9890217299 to discuss your needs.

Q. What are different methods of payment?

A. Our payment gateway provides safe and secure way to make online payments. Online payments are processed through Zaakpay which supports a variety of online payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking etc.

Our international customers can pay using Paypal or our online payment gateway as it accepts international Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

For our customers who prefer to no use our online payment options, we offer several options including paying by cheque, pay order and demand draft. The payment can also be made using NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or Wire transfer from your bank account.

Please note that for offline payments, credits start appearing in your account once the money is received in our bank account. It can be as quick as few minutes/hours in case of NEFT or wire transfer and may take 1-2+ days in case of cheques, demand drafts etc.

Q. Can you share more details about offline payment methods?

A. Please use the following details to transfer money to us for the order you placed. Remember to quote your Order ID when transferring money so we can allocate credits to your account.

Note that for offline payments, credits start appearing in your account once the money is received in our bank account. It can be as quick as few minutes/hours in case of IMPS, NEFT or RTGS and may take 1-3+ days in case of cheques, demand drafts etc.

If you are resident in India, you can use any of the following methods to transfer the money to our account.

If you reside outside India, you can use any of the following methods to transfer the money to our account.

Q. How does crediting system work?

A. You have to buy credits before you can generate tests. You can buy as few as one credit or as many as 10000 in each transaction. Your available credit balance reflects the total number of credits purchased minus credits used.

1 or 0.5 credit is deducted from your account depending upon the test duration. 0.5 credit is deducted for a 30 mins test and 1 credit for 60 mins. Credits are deducted when a generated test is started. In case the assesse is not able to complete the test due to system access issues, we can reverse the deduction and apply credit back to your account.

If your credit balance reaches zero you will need to buy credits to be able to generate tests.

Q. When are test credits used?

A. Test credits are used when a test generated by you is started. 1 or 0.5 credit is deducted from your account depending upon the test duration. 0.5 credit is deducted for a 30 mins test and 1 credit for 60 mins.

In case the assesse is not able to complete the test due to system access issues, we can reverse the deduction and apply credit back to your account.

Q. What is your cancellation/refund policy?

A. Sorry, cancellations and refunds and are not allowed at this time but you don't have to worry because your credits never expire so you can use them anytime you want

The credits you purchased but do not need immediately will stay available in your account for later use.

Q. How long are the credits valid?

Q. What happens when my credit balance is low?

Q. You will be able to generate tests as long as you have a positive balance. If your balance reaches zero you can buy more credits using various convenient online or offline payments methods.


Online Tests Management

Q. On how many subjects do you offer assessment?

A. We currently have 50+ subjects and will be adding new subjects every month. Our mission is to offer assessment on 100+ subjects.

Q. I don't see a subject that I want to use for assessment? Can I request for it to be added?

A. We are constantly working on adding new subjects to our question bank. If you have an urgent need or would like to recommend adding new subjects, please use our Contact Us form.

Q. Does the candidate see the results of his/her test?

A. When candidates take test as part of company's recruitment process, test results are not shown to the candidates.


System Access

Q. What do I need to access the system?

A. You just need a computer and a web browser to access our assessment platform. Below is a recommended list of browsers to use our website:
Firefox: 20.x and above
Google Chrome: 23.x and above
Internet Explorer: 9.x and above

Q. Who do I contact in case of system issues?

A. Please use the Contact Us form or call us at +91-9890217299 if you face any system access or other issues.

Q. I did not get my verification email? What should I do?

A. Please use the Contact Us form if you did a new registration and have not received the verification email. We recommend that you also check your Spam/Junk folder because email programs can incorrectly mark our verification email as spam because it is not from a recognized email address.

Q. What can I do if I forget my password?

A. Use the 'Forgot Password' link from the Login page to reset your password. An email with the new password will be sent to your registered email after a simple verification process.

Q. I get an error message that "User ID password combination does not exist". What can I do?

A. Please check if you are using correct User ID and password to login. If you feel you are seeing this message in error or have forgotten your User ID, you can Contact Us to report this.

If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link from the Login page to reset your password. An email with the new password will be sent to your registered email after a simple verification process.
